Refund policy
This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made through Tabseeta and governs the conditions under which products may be returned or refunded.
By completing a purchase, including installment-based purchases, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after the expiration of the 7-day period will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Return Eligibility
A product will only be eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:

The product remains unopened and factory sealed.

The original packaging is intact and undamaged.

The product is in the exact same condition as delivered.

Valid proof of purchase and, where applicable, installment contract documentation is provided.
Any product that has been opened, unsealed, activated, installed, or used will not be eligible for return under any circumstances.
3. Installment Purchases
For installment-based purchases:

Return requests are accepted only within the 7-day return window and only if the product remains unopened and sealed.

Once the product has been opened or unsealed, the installment contract remains legally binding and may not be canceled.
Delivery of the product in opened or activated condition constitutes final acceptance of the purchase.
4. Cancellation Prior to Delivery
Orders may be canceled prior to delivery without administrative or processing fees.
If any payment has been made, the amount paid will be refunded using the same method through which payment was originally received.
Once delivery has occurred, cancellation is subject to the return conditions stated above.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
All products sold by Tabseeta are covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty.
Customers are required to inspect products upon delivery and notify us immediately in the event of visible damage or defects.
In cases involving manufacturing defects or technical issues:

The product will be handled strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Resolution will be provided through authorized repair or servicing centers.

Defective products covered under warranty are not eligible for refund but will be repaired or serviced in accordance with applicable warranty conditions.
6. Return Authorization Procedure
All returns must be requested and approved in advance.

Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping or pickup costs, which may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
7. Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

The customer will be notified of approval or rejection of the refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method (cash refund, bank transfer, or digital transfer, as applicable).

Refund processing may take up to ten (10) business days from the date of approval.
Tabseeta is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or unsealed electronic products

Used or activated products

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Sale or promotional items (unless defective under warranty)

Gift cards
9. Reservation of Rights
Tabseeta reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not strictly comply with the terms of this policy.
This Refund and Return Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable Egyptian law.
