These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Tabseeta, operated by شركة الشروق للهندسة والكمبيوتر (the “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), headquartered in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt.

By accessing, browsing, or using our website, or by purchasing products or applying for installment plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services or enter into a purchase or installment agreement.

Where required, a legal guarantor may be required to co-sign installment agreements.

By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Egyptian law.

2. Nature of Services

Tabseeta provides:

  • Retail sale of electronic products

  • Installment-based purchasing options subject to approval

  • Delivery services within designated geographic areas

Installment approvals are conducted internally at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any installment request without obligation to provide justification.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

An order is not considered accepted until:

  • Installment approval (where applicable) is granted

  • Required documentation is completed

  • Contract signing (where applicable) is finalized

  • Delivery confirmation is issued

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

4. Installment Agreements

Installment purchases are governed by separate written contracts signed by the customer (and guarantor where applicable).

Once the installment contract is signed and the product delivered:

  • The contract becomes legally binding.

  • Obligations remain enforceable in accordance with Egyptian law.

  • Opening or activating the product constitutes final acceptance.

Failure to comply with installment obligations may result in legal action.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

The applicable price is the price confirmed at the time of order approval.

Prices may not include delivery fees unless explicitly stated.

6. Payment Methods

We accept payment through:

  • Cash collection

  • Local bank transfer

  • Digital transfer systems such as InstaPay

  • Other approved local payment methods

We do not store credit or debit card information.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to operational conditions.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report visible damage immediately.

8. Warranty

Products are covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty claims are handled through authorized service centers in accordance with manufacturer terms.

Warranty service does not constitute grounds for refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, design, logos, and layout, is the property of Tabseeta or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website does not contain links to third-party websites or services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, Tabseeta shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Loss arising from misuse of products

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

12. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Services:

  • To provide false or misleading information

  • To interfere with website security

  • To attempt unauthorized access

  • To misuse installment programs

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

Termination does not affect any existing installment obligations.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updates will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
